David Love This week Dr. Gracer’s guest is David Love, founder and Director of Valley Community Counseling Services in Stockton, California, about 1½ hours’ drive east of San Francisco. This non-profit organization provides mental health services throughout San Joaquin County, including locales in 50 schools. They treat all aspects of mental health problems, including substance abuse. David has created a unique and powerful organization that should be a model for other areas to use in creating their own programs.
